For example, here's the list of the Hearts of Stone tweaks alone: Basically, if something needed tweaking, it got tweaked: everything from character animations to hardware profiles to collectibles to spell damage to item comparisons have been adjusted or fixed. Truth be told, there are so many minor tweaks and fixes being added in with patch 1.12 that it's impossible to list them all here.
